Do these shoes have a good arch support?

Hi G. The footbed and insoles of all of our shoes have the same arch height and arch support. Our shoe styles in our inventory are split into 2 sections, Neutral and Support. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Our Support styles include our GuideRails technology, which supports your whole body in its natural stride while keeping excess movement in check. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.

Are these slip resistant?

Hi Carrie. Our only slip-resistant models are the Addiction Walker 2, Addiction Walker V-Strap 2, and Addiction Walker Suede, each of which has an outsole that has been certified (SATRA TM144:2011) for slip resistance. Please note this slip resistance certification is not OSHA-certified.

What is the best way to clean these shoes?

Hi Taylor! We recommend avoiding washing machines and (especially) dryers, but you can hand wash your shoes. Here are some tips as well as a link to an article that goes in greater depth: 1. Brush the bottom of your shoes to remove as much mud and dirt as possible. 2. Remove the shoelaces. 3. Gently use a damp cloth or brush to clean the uppers. 4. Rinse with warm water. 5. Remove the insoles and clean and dry them separately. 6. Stuff your shoes with newspaper. This helps them maintain shape and decreases drying time. I wear a size 9 normally, but I was told to size up to a 9.5 in the launch 7… should I size up on the revel 6 ?

Hi Kayla! In general, you should be safe to stick with the same sizing across all Brooks shoes. So if you wear a 9.5 in the Launch, we recommend you stick with the 9.5 in the Revel 6 as well.

Does this show have a wide toe box?

Hi Kerri! The Revel 6 has an average toe box for a medium width. At present, other customers have rated this shoe as running very slightly wide.

Is heel as high as revel 5?
