To achieve CarbonNeutral® product certification for this style, we first increased our use of recycled materials to lower carbon emissions, then supported independently verified carbon offsetting projects to neutralize any emissions we can’t yet eliminate.
Hi Joanne. The footbed and insoles of all of our shoes have the same arch height and arch support. Our shoe styles in our inventory are split into 2 sections, Neutral and Support. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Our Support styles include our GuideRails technology, which supports your whole body in its natural stride while keeping excess movement in check. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.

Hi Kathy. We recommend avoiding washing machines and (especially) dryers, but you can hand wash your shoes. Here are some tips as well as a link to an article that goes in greater depth:
1. Brush the bottom of your shoes to remove as much mud and dirt as possible.
2. Remove the shoelaces.
3. Gently use a damp cloth or brush to clean the uppers.
4. Rinse with warm water.
5. Remove the insoles and clean and dry them separately.
6. Stuff your shoes with newspaper. This helps them maintain shape and decreases drying time.

I would say they fit similarly to the 14s - not exactly like them. Size wise they should be the same, but they may feel a bit smaller in the toebox. With the Run Happy Promise you can give them a try and if they do not work out for you, return them for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Hi Mary. Yes, the Ghost 16 is a neutral style running shoe.
Hi Jenny. Great question. I would recommend sticking with a size 10. Depending on how much room you already have at the front of the shoe, a 9.5 might be too small. The medium widths adds roughly 4mm of upper material around the toe box.
