APMA Seal of Acceptance
APMA Seal of Acceptance

The American Podiatry Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance recognizes products that promote good foot health. At Brooks, products across seven of our key franchises feature the APMA Seal of Acceptance. This Achievement highlights our leadership in biomechanical research for runners and anyone who spends extended time on their feet.
A smaller size with a wider fit usually tends to offer a similar amount of room as a half size larger with a medium width. We recommend ordering Brooks running shoes 1/2 size to one size larger than what you wear in casual or dress shoes. Whenever possible, visit your local running and walking footwear store for a proper fitting.

Hi Rachel, it will be restocked! Unfortunately, with the current industry-wide supply chain issues, we're unable to provide a specific date at this time.
Hi Mary Ann,
I wore the dyads for a few runs just to try a new model. They were a little stiff for me and my podiatrist recommended the ghosts instead for my foot because they provide more structure. I personally think the ghosts have a softer landing than the dyads which I prefer
I like a large toe box as well, but with that comes a loose shoe after a while. I've been wearing these every day for a few months now and the mesh upper has relaxed and molded around my toes. So I am very comfortable.
Hello Stephanie, my dyad 11 is fitting tight . Can I have them exchange to days 11 size 12 W? I only buy my sneakers from Brooksrunning. Appreciate your reply.
Hi Evelyn! At this time, we do not have plans to produce the Dyad 11 in more colors. We take our runner feedback seriously and hopefully in the near future we will be able to provide more colors in all of our models!
Hi Michelle! The Dyad 11 may be a great option for you as the wide base of the Dyad 11 allows for more stability compared to our Neutral styles. We recommend checking with your local running shop and have your gait and feet analyzed by a Fit Expert. They'll be able to recommend options accordingly. To find a shop near you, check out our Store Locator tool.

Plantar fasciitis can be tricky to solve with a single shoe as it can be quite different from person to person. Typically, we find shoes with a higher drop from heel to toe, good cushion to take the impact away, and sometimes minimal flex to help in case the other benefits aren't enough for your feet. A great option to start with to help with plantar fasciitis relief is our Adrenaline GTS model. The Adrenaline GTS offers a 12mm drop from heel to toe which helps to put your weight more in the forefoot and away from the plantar in your heel. The same is true with the Ghost model. The Ghost offers a slightly wider toe-box by design to help get you a little more wiggle room in the fit and has great cushioning to help make for soft and smooth travels. The first thing to find out is if you pronate or not. To help find out if you pronate or not you can visit a local running shop and have your gait analyzed by simply walking/running in the store and having them watch.

Hi Claudia! At this time, we do not have any color updates planned for the Dyad 11. If you’d like to be notified the minute a new limited-edition style or color drops you can sign up by submitting your email at the bottom of our website: www.brooksrunning.com.
Hi Megan! For supination, we recommend a neutral shoe. The Dyad 11 will be a great option as it features our Dual Arch Pods and a wide platform that provide stability without overcorrecting.
