Can custom orthotics be used in adrenaline 24? Tried on the 23 - the orthotic did not sit right in the shoe

Hi Franny. Yes, the insoles are removable in the Adrenaline GTS 24 to fit custom orthotics. You will always want approx. 1/2 in. of space (a thumbs width) between the end of your big toe and the end of the shoe. This often means sizing up your running shoes 1/2 of a size from what your normal size. Orthotics can take up additional space within the shoe depending on what it is designed for.

Do these shoes have a lot of arch support or are they neutral?

Hi Patricia. The footbed and insoles of all of our shoes have the same arch height and arch support. Our shoe styles in our inventory are split into 2 sections, Neutral and Support. The Adrenaline GTS 24 is a support style shoe. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Our Support styles include our GuideRails technology, which supports your whole body in its natural stride while keeping excess movement in check. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.
