Hey Lisa. The footbed and insoles of all of our shoes have the same arch height and arch support. Our shoe styles in our inventory are split into 2 sections, Neutral and Support. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Our Support styles include our GuideRails technology, which supports your whole body in its natural stride while keeping excess movement in check. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support. The Launch 10 Shoe does not include our GuideRails, but the Launch GTS 10 does!
