do the pockets have zippers???

My shorts have no pockets except a tiny hidden one inside the waistband — no zippers

No, they don’t. However, the material is thick enough for you to wear underwear without a panti-line . I love mine.

Do these have a draw string in waist band?

Yes, they do have a drawstring. It is located on the inside of the waistband. It was not visible in the pictures but I was pleasantly surprised to see it!
