Do these shoes have good arch support?

Hi Melinda! The sole of the Revel 4 and our other styles have plenty of foam to give protection from the ground when standing, walking, or running. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. If you're looking for support directly under the arch, we recommend insoles or orthotics. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.

I have never worn these shoes, I normally wear a 8.5-9 in Nike brand can someone help determine what size would be best in this brand comparable?

What if I typically need a Wide width?

Hi Jenny! To achieve more room in the Revel 4, we recommend going up a half size. You can try a Men's version in standard width. The equivalent size to Men's is going down a size and a half. For example, a Women's size 9 wide is a Men's size 7.5.

I wear a size 9.5 in Ghost 12. What size would I most likely wear in the Revel 4?

Definitely true to size! I have wide feet and no problems with these being too snug, at any point during normal wear or while exercising.

I see in the description that the experience type between the Revel 4 and 3 has changed - from 3's "Cushion" to 4's "Energize" and I was wondering if that means this style is no longer as cushioned as it's previously been?

Great question, Brit. While the design of the Revel hasn't had any major changes other than minor improvements, we recently determined the Revels experience is a better fit for runners who prefer an energized run over a cushioned ride.

Are these good for under pronation runners?
