How many miles should these last?

Hi Emmitt! The Revel 4 is expected to handle 300 to 500 miles.

Are they slip resistant?

Hey Andrew! The Revel 4 is not slip-resistant. Our only slip-resistant style is the Addiction Walker 2.

Do any men’s running shoes have a curved last?

Hi Greg! Most of our styles including the Revel 4 have a curved last.

I think the revel 4 is the shoe I want. Is the back heal area hard?

Hi Terese! The Revel 4 has a heel counter to provide support and structure in the upper. The foam that the heel sits on provides protection from the ground and impact as you are running or walking.

How do they feel for folks with flat feet?

Thanks for reaching out, Jarrod. Comfortable shoes for flat feet ultimately come down to preference, though they are often accompanied by custom insoles/orthotics. You will always want approx. 1/2 in. of space (a thumbs width) between the end of your big toe and the end of the shoe. This often means sizing up your running shoes 1/2 of size from what your normal size. Orthotics can take up additional space within the shoe depending on what it is designed for. How would you say this compares to the GTS series?

Thanks for your question! The Revel 4 and Adrenaline GTS 20 share similarites, both have medium-high arches and both are built with plush/responsive cushioning. There is one major difference between these two styles. The Adrenaline GTS 20 is a support shoe by design and by the use of GuideRails which helps to prevent against pronation. The Revel 4 is a neutral shoe and does not have the GuiderRail system.
