As if holding the 50K World Record and fastest indoor marathon wasn’t enough, you can either find CJ running 2:10 marathons weeks before a target race or modifying his treadmill to simulate downhill conditions. Adding dad duty to the mix might seem overwhelming, but the real question these days… can his two children keep up with him?

Colin Bennie
Colin Bennie arrives in Orlando with a sub 2:10 PR and accolades that include being the top American at the Boston Marathon. A year ago, the New England native and former Syracuse Orangeman mixed it up in a variety of different distances in hopes of putting himself in the best position to improve upon his top 10 finish at the 2020 Marathon Trials. At the beginning of 2023 Colin signed on with Brooks and moved to California, where he currently lives and trains in San Francisco.

A two-time Olympian, 2018 Boston Marathon Champion, 50K World Record holder, American Master’s Marathon Record holder, and New York Times bestselling author what else is there to say about Des Linden? Erika Kemp
After an All-American career at NC State, Erika found herself, in New England, racing with the Boston Athletic Association. In her 2023 Boston debut, she also found herself become the fastest American-born Black woman in the marathon. So, now when she’s not practicing latte art or soup recipes, Erika’s setting the standard for the next generation of American marathoner.

Hansons-Brooks ODP
In 1999, Keith and Kevin Hanson purchased the first of three homes in Rochester Hills, MI to house post-collegiate distance runners in pursuit of national and global accolades. Since 2003, Brooks has been a co-sponsor of Keith and Kevin’s endeavor, helping to send several athletes to various Olympics and World Championships. In 2024, the aim is to send more.

Susanna Sullivan
One of America’s fastest rising stars in the marathon, this Notre Dame alum balances running with her career as a full-time teacher. Her newest PR of 2:24:27 was set at this year’s London Marathon but don’t be surprised if you see that number drop in Orlando.
