FAQs
What is the application process like for intern candidates?
You will hear from our recruiting team about the next steps shortly after your application is submitted. If you proceed to the interview stage, you will be assigned a recruiter who will support you at every step of the way. You will interview with 2–3 Brooks team members and hear from your recruiter quickly following the last interview. In September 2024, we’ll start accepting applications for our summer 2025 program.
Can you speak more about the perks provided to interns?
Yes! All internships are paid. We will additionally offer a sign-on bonus and housing subsidy, plus cover travel expenses for anyone moving to Seattle for this opportunity. All Brooks Sprinterns will receive access to our medical, dental, and vision coverage, our 60% employee discount, and free shoes upon hire. They’ll also get paid holidays off!
Can I work remotely?
All intern roles will be located at Brooks HQ in Seattle, WA. We recommend all intern candidates discuss options for hybrid work with their prospective hiring managers during the interview process.
How long is the internship?
The length of each internship is unique to the role and should be specified in each role description. Generally, the majority of internships will take place in the summer and align with academic schedules.
What is the dress code?
It is what you want it to be…for the most part. Please dress comfortably and avoid wearing competitor brands.
