To keep your Brooks gear looking and performing its best, machine wash separately before wearing, try not to use fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat.
One feature that I didn't notice is they have a magnet that attaches them together- what an AWESOME feature!
Gloves are excellent for running other than the poor quality.
I just got them in the mail and this is like a temu version of the old ones. The quality is noticeably different. The material is way way thinner and feels extremely flimsy. I haven't tested them out on a run or anything because as soon as I put them on I knew I needed to return them and buy elsewhere. This feels like the same old story - costs are getting cut so hold on the old versions of the things you love because if you have to re-purchase them, you will never achieve that same quality. the discount price of $30 feels crazy for this quality, let alone the "normal price" of $50. Shocking.
But… I’ve had 4 pairs of these gloves fail at the seams in 1.5 years of ownership (only 6-9 months of actual cold-weather use). Sometimes they would fail after a few months, one time they failed on the 2nd run. Props to Brooks for their excellent customer service in getting them replaced each time. But this is unacceptable for a rather expensive running accessory from a serious running company.
