Hi David. Yes, if your foot is hanging over the side of the shoe then we recommend sizing up to an extra-wide shoe. The extra-wide width should provide enough extra room to support your foot comfortably and safely. We always recommend visiting a local run specialty shop, if you are able, to have your foot properly sized and fitted.

Hi! The Beast '20 does feature a wider toe box and high volume that is great for people with slightly wider or taller feet as well as people who wear orthotics.

What are the differences between the ghost 14 and the beast 20?

Hi Paul! The Beast '20 is a Max Support Max Cushion model, while the Ghost 14 is a Neutral Moderate Cushion model. The Beast '20 features our GuideRails® technology which adds support by keeping excess movement in check. This is recommended for people who overpronate - their feet and/or ankles roll inward as they run or walk. The Beast '20 is also great at accommodating orthotics or inserts. The Ghost 14 does not have our GuideRails® technology, so it is better for people with a neutral or supinated gait.

Do these also come in womens sizes? My very flat feet over pronate But find mens shoes too wide

Are these good for flat feet?

The footbed and insoles of all of our shoes have the same arch height and arch support. Our shoe styles in our inventory are split into 2 sections, Neutral and Support. The support in running shoes is different than the support of insoles or orthotics. Our Support styles include our GuideRails technology, which supports your whole body in its natural stride while keeping excess movement in check. Insoles or orthotics give you support directly under the arch. Our sock-liners are removable so that you can input your own insole or orthotic to achieve personalized arch support.

What is the interior depth of the mens beast running shoe?

Hi Heather! The exact measurement of the interior depth of the Beast '20 can be difficult to measure due to differences between sizes and widths. However, the Beast '20 is one of our models with the best volume and depth, as it is built on a linear last. It tends to accommodate high-volume feet and orthotics or inserts very well.

Can the beast shoe be washed in a washing machine?

After done washing stuff your shoes with newsprint (plain if you have it) and allow them to air dry.

CAN YOU REMOVE THE INTERSOLE SO YOU CAN INSERT ARCH SUPPORTS?

I HAVE THE BROOKS Launch 8 how are they rated?

Hi Gary! The Launch 8 is one of our Neutral styles, where as the Beast '20 is our maximum Support style. If you are having great success with the Launch 8, we recommend sticking to other Neutral styles as the support in Support styles may be too much. What replaced Ariel's? Is there a woman's version of Beast?

How many miles do the Beast 20 last. I do daily 4 mile walk run?

Beast 2020 is good for at least 2500 miles. If you run every day, I suggest buying 2 pairs and rotate every other workout. I believe the Beast is the best runner on the market and well worth the money spent.

I suffer from plants faciata plus have a narrow foot. Currently using Ghost 12 in 111/2 normal width. Will these fit the same or should I stay with the Ghost series?

Difference between beast 20 and transcend 7? Which one has more cushioning?

Both the Transcend 7 and Beast '20 have ample cushioning, the Transcend 7 is designed with DNA LOFT cushioning which is much softer while the Beast '20 is built with BioMoGo DNA which is a soft cushioning just as responsive as it is plush.

How is the fit compared to the 2018 Beast?
