I don't overpronate, or have flat feet, but I do get pain in my hips and knees. The shoe finder suggested the Adrenaline GTS 20 would work for me, but I'm finding contradictory info in reviews & FAQs about whether or not they're strictly only for overpronation. What's the verdict? I'm in South Africa, where the local Brooks website doesn't have the Run Happy guarantee - in fact to return an item there's a 10% admin fee! + courier fee - so if I'm to consider Brooks I need to make sure there's a good chance I'm ordering the right thing!

I have Transcend 6's and I enjoy the ride in them. Most of the sole wear is on the outside of my feet, near the pinky toes. I took this to mean I am underpronated/supinated in my running form. I am trying to determine if the Ghost or GTS is better for me. The GTS seems better based on my research, but I'm reading mixed reviews on whether the GTS can be considered a neutral shoe or not? The Ravenna 10 & 11 are quite similar to the Adrenaline GTS 20. Both styles are supportive and designed with GuideRails to prevent pronation or any deviation on the run. The Adrenaline GTS 20 is built with DNA LOFT cushioning which makes for a plush and cushioned ride. The Ravenna 11 is lighter in weight though it does not offer the same cushioning.

I’m used to running in the trancends. I recently bought the bedlam 2 cuz it was recommended by the shoe finder. I noticed some knee,back, and foot discomfort (fatigue in the arch). Would the adrenaline 20 be a better go to?

There is much to factor in when considering your experience with the Bedlam 2, however, the Adrenaline GTS 20 is a more cushioned and plush support option if the Bedlam isn't the shoe for you.

Is color code 156 on the Adrenaline GTS 20 reflective so that the shoes can be seen at night? How does Adrenaline GTS 20 compare to the Transcend 7?

The Adrenaline GTS 20, both left and right have two reflective points, one on the heel and the other on the toe. Color 156 is not a reflective style in itself. The Transcend 7 is just as supportive as the Adrenaline GTS 20 though offers more DNA LOFT cushioning and as a result, the Transcend 7 is a bit heavier. Also, the midsole drop is about 2mm less than the Adrenaline GTS 20 midsole drop. The Transcend 7 is only available in a normal/medium width whereas the Adrenaline GTS 20 is available in all widths from narrow-extra wide.

I’m looking for a pair for going to the gym and cross training and I have flat feet and planters foot. My ankles fall in too. I wear orthotics and need shoes with removable insoles. Do these shoes have that? It gets hard to find a good pair of cross training shoes for this. Or potentially good arch support. I wear several arch supports one high lift in my work boots all day and the medium lifts in my regular tennis shoes for gym use. Not as much wear.
