Super soft and comfortable
I started to exercise on a more frequent basis so I tried these Brooks chasers shorts. The are very soft, stretchy, and stylish. I feel good in them for walking or running. The material is very lightweight and airy. This style is a high rise with thicker waistband which I like because it overlaps my tummy without being tight. I love that it has pockets in the inner liner for cellphone or essentials. I definitely see me buying more of these in other colors.

Premier quality shorts and good utility
For an amateur runner, these shorts are my go-to. While jogging, the inner lining does not ride up as I have experienced with other brands. The fit is snug but not too tight around the hips or belly, and the fabric is high quality and soft but also durable. There is no "muffin top" so to say. Aesthetically, they are fashionable and cute design. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, Flattering, and Functional!
I love the Women's Chaser 5" 2-in-1 Short 2.0! The fit is super comfortable- the inner liner stays in place and the outer short moves well without feeling restrictive, which is most important to me in a running short. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and dries quickly! Overall, the shorts are very flattering- I really love the 5" length! I wouldn’t change much, but would probably choose a more basic color for a second pair! They are my new go-to short!

Comfortable and Lightweight
I love these running shorts! The fun print adds a stylish touch, and the fabric is incredibly lightweight and breathable—perfect for staying comfortable during a workout. They handle sweat well and allow for easy movement, whether I’m running or lifting weights. The high-waisted fit is super flattering, and the drawstring ensures a secure fit without being too tight. My shorts are a Medium and I feel like I could easily fit in a Small because of the nice stretch in the material. They stay in place around my thighs while running, which is what a huge plus. My favorite feature is the right leg pocket—it fits my phone perfectly! I just wish there was a pocket on both sides for extra convenience.
Overall, these shorts are comfortable, versatile, and a great addition to my activewear collection. Highly recommend!

Loving these shorts!
I have recently had a baby and slowly getting back into my old workout and running routine. And these shorts are definitely the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned.
I love how they are a little longer in length, have 2 layers to them and are extremely comfortable and stretchable. The waist tightness is adjustable which comes very handy after having a baby, when you still feel like you need a little more support around the waist area.
The material keeps me cool during my workouts and having pockets with zippers is one of favorite features.
Need to get these shorts in another color (or two!)

My new go to shorts
These shorts are my absolute favorite!! Let’s start with the waistband, it does not roll down when you’re bending over or doing any other activities like some other brands do. It doesn’t pinch my waist but holds me in without feeling too tight. It’s wide and just sits perfectly. You can also adjust it on the inside but they fit great so I didn’t need to. I also love the length and there is no chafing when running. They also have such a cute print and I’ve gotten many compliments! These are comfortable and hold me tight without feeling constrained, I love them!

All around great shorts
Brooks tends to be my go to running apparel, and these shorts did not disappoint. The print hides sweat while more exciting than boring black. As for fit, I am currently in my third trimester so I ordered a size up, I was concerned because these are not maternity specific, however they work great! I got size large, they fit perfect at 33 weeks pregnant, my height is 5'6" and weight is roughly 170, but obviously in a very specific shape. The fabric is stretchy and I am confident these shorts will work for training postpartum as well. I find them to be very comfortable for cross-training and walking. I have not run very far in them, but my only concern would be that the inner tight shorts lack a sticky lining on the end seam to keep them from riding up (see photo). Very pleased with these shorts and will likely be ordering a size down as the baby weight comes off.

Nice for casual running
This short wicks the perspiration, fits well, and looks fabulous. The inner short is tighter around the legs, but I can live with that right now. The outer short reminds me of the shorts that you wore under your dress as a child. I really like this running short. It is definitely a part of my rotation.

Great Shorts for Indoor/Warm Climates
I loved wearing these shorts when I run. I found the fit to be comfortable and true to size. Though I am sometimes sensitive to certain fabrics (especially when I sweat), the material with these shorts did not irritate me. The fabric wicked sweat from me and was pretty absorbent. These are perfect shorts to wear during an indoor treadmill run or in a warm outdoor climate. I also found the shape to be stylish without making me standout at the gym. There is nothing I would change about this product.

Solid 2-in-1 short
These shorts are a solid 2-in-1 short for running, walking, or even cross training. I am 5’11 and actually really love the 5” length as I find 4” to be just slightly too short for me and usually ride up. I do wish the inner layer was slightly longer as it’s pretty similar to the outer layer. These fit me pretty true to size with no issues. I have an athletic build, not super curvy and they fit great in my waist and thighs. It’s been cold where I am so I have not been able to test them in the summer on a run in the heat but I have been using them a lot for cross training in the gym and have been really pleased. Very comfy, don’t ride up, fit my body well, and are the perfect length for this tall mom!! Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a 2-in-1 short for your training!
