Excellent thermal running tights for cold and dark conditions
The Brooks Run Visible Thermal Tights provide warmth and visibility for cold weather running. These tights render excellent reflectivity between the wide neon yellow fabric that extends along the outside of the legs and also encases the calves. It has been a pleasant change to see cars noticeably slow down when passing me on side streets or stopping to let me cross at crosswalks. The thermal fabric has kept me plenty warm during my long runs at near freezing temperatures and I feel confident to wear these in subfreezing temperatures. These Brooks tights also do a great job of temperature regulation during higher intensity efforts. I should note though that during the recovery sections following my fast tempo intervals, I did feel a very brief chill while the fabric was wicking my sweat. I did find that I quickly warmed right back up after this process though. The fabric is very comfortable and provides a generous amount of stretch to fit my large athletic thighs and rear. As a reference, the size medium was an excellent fit for my 5’10 frame that weighs 178 pounds and has a 32 inch waist. The upper right leg has a nice vertical zipper pocket that is perfect for keys, ID, a credit card, and a gel. Just below the hip on the upper left leg is a drop-in pocket that should fit almost all smartphones or works great for stashing nutrition for longer runs. The ankle zips make the tights super easy to get on and off, as well as providing a tight fit to keep out the cold. While I have zero complaints on the comfort and performance of these tights, I do think the addition of a rear center-back pocket along the waist for extra storage would make these the ultimate thermal running tights. Overall, these are my new go to running tights to keep me warm and visible during my cold and dark weeknight evening runs.

Great Pants, Quality Lacked
Overall, these pants are great! I absolutely loved how they fit. They’re snug (in the best way), but the fabric stretches beautifully. They are buttery soft and so comfortable. I loved the pockets and overall design. They were both stylish and functional, which is so important to me in clothing, especially running clothing. After one wear, a hole formed in the seam by the pocket which I found unusual for this brand and was slightly disappointed in that. It may have just been a fluke in this particular pair as the rest of the quality seemed decent. As a whole, these pants were comfortable, stylish, and functioned great for running. I would absolutely recommend them.

When the sun is down, these are the best
As a casual runner living in a mountain town, I need something a little thicker. These are a great option. We all know that Brooks is the go-to brand for so much running gear - I was thankful they came up with these great tights. These are fuzzy on the inside - adding just enough warmth without being too hot. And my goodness the color. Now that the sun sets at like 4pm, these are perfect for an evening run or stroll. You will definitely be seen. My only issue is I feel like they run a half size too small. I let my wife use them and she loved them - even in the snow.

Comfortable, warm, and bright tights
I've found the M Run Visible Thermal Tight to be a great option for running in the cold primarily and at night if applicable. While I've not previously worn running tights, I found them to be very comfortable the first time I put them on and with the intent of running in about 40 degree (F) temps. At no point - even at the outset of my run before my legs were naturally warm - did I feel like the weather would impact my performance. In fact, I found the tights capable of adding a layer of warmth that I don't get from the loose athletic shorts I usually run in. That being said, these tights aren't just for running the cold; they are not too hot to wear in warmer temperatures as well and the material does help to wick some moisture away.
The zippers at the ankle are a nice bonus making it very easy to get the tights on and off, but leaving them unzipped can even support running in warmer temperatures.
The slot pocket on the left leg is large enough to fit even larger phones (I have a Google Pixel 8 Pro for reference and it fits entirely in the slot with at least an inch or two below the top of the pocket) and the zipper pocket on the right let will fit most smaller objects like keys easily as well.
I'd highly recommend these tights to anyone looking to add warmth for their cold weather or night time runs.

Perfect running thermal pants!
Love these thermal running pants. I used outdoors in the cold, mostly after work while it was dark outside. The fit and fabric were ideal - super comfy and kept me warm. I love that the material hasn't worn down yet with my fuller/muscular thighs, and I get several miles in per run. The pants are high contrast with bright yellow color and reflective strips for full visibility, so while the design was a little intense, it also gave me peace of mind for being able to run safely after work in the dark! I added these to my fall/winter rotation and would certainly recommend to my friends and family.

Best pants for running and casual wear
These pants are fantastic, for several reasons. Let's start with running. They move with me easily and don't constantly need to be adjusted at the waist. They are flexible, and keep me warm while I am running in the cold Minnesota winter air. In addition, I love the bright neon stripe down the side - this definitely makes me more visible to others. I really like them for casual wear as well. Again, they keep me warm, and are comfortable to wear running to the grocery store or doing errands around the house. I would definitely plan to purchase more of these.

Great tights!
These running tights are a perfect addition to my legging rotation. The fabric is comfortable and thick enough to be warm but still able to move well. The drawstring is the perfect addition to make sure they fit well. I have been using them mostly for walking but we live on a busy street and I feel much more comfortable with the visibility piece of these tights. There are multiple places for storage for either your phone or headphones as well!

Comfort and Performance
While these leggings did seem to run a bit on the smaller side, the compression is fantastic and I even found it comfortable. Fabric is soft and stretchy, yet offers precise compression to hold you in. The reflective design is wonderful for a walk around the block in the evening where visibility can be a concern. Overall these were extremely comfortable and will be in my rotation for evening walks around the neighborhood.

Great workout pants
The M Run Visible Thermal Tights had a great feel to them and were comfortable. The quality seems nice. They feel lightweight and don’t seem to weigh you down. They have a perfect amount of stretch and tightness at the same time.
I liked the zippered pocket on one side and an open pocket on the other - this was really convenient for a cell phone and keys. Personally I didn’t feel the zipper at the bottom was totally necessary as they were easy to get on and off without it.
The fit was nice and I liked how long they were. Often times pants don’t seem to be quite long enough for me. I am 5’8” and got a medium.
The reflective fabric was very noticeable at dawn/dusk and makes me feel a lot safer when out on the streets in my neighborhood. I have even been using these when on walks with my kids in a stroller because I feel more visible. I also just wear them for causal use around the house.
I can’t really fault them in any way - great pair of workout pants. Another wonderful product from Brooks!
