I have peroneal tendonitis and haven't ran for a while to give it chance to heal. I googled best womens running trainers for this problem and these came up as first choice. I live in the UK and wanted to check that these are the best for someone with my problem. Any suggestions???

I bought a pair of Addiction 14 and a pair of Ariel , last October. I have flat arches (on/off plantar fasciitis) and lower back issues and both shoes offer stability and balance. The addiction are very comfortable shoes and I use them for walking only but never in the gym. Please also bear in mind that Addiction 14 started wearing off quite a lot on the sides/top surround of the shoes where the ankles are. There are tears on the shoes. That started happening only one month after I bought them, and I only used them at the time 2-3 times a week. I still wear the shoes for walking , and I “fixed” the issue by applying glue to the fabric to stop/seal the tears. In sum, personally, and for the issues I have, I wouldn’t buy these shoes again because they are too expensive to start having tears in the fabric in one month and they are not stable enough for the gym for me at least. I would buy again the Ariel; I used them only in the gym but now that gyms are closed I use them for walking. I would also buy again the Adrenaline GTS 19 ( I used them so much they are very worn now) as I used them for walking, running, gym - everything. Saying that I still use the Adrenaline to walk and they are stable shoes and comfortable
