I use these tights primarily in the climbing gym because they are durable! They can handle a scrape on the knee but are not restrictive at all. I find them flattering because of the moderate compression they give all over. Love love love them and want them to come back!
I also run in them regularly when they aren't in the laundry already! I do 3-8km runs in them and they are great for cool-cold weather and stay up really well.
Only cons: pockets are a bit useless, and these take a little effort to pull up over your hips. But then they stay up, so worth it to me!

Material snags easily!
The material is textured, so it snags easily. I wore them once and noticed snags by the calf area and on my hip. I ran errands after running, so it might have rubbed against my jacket and seat. I have bought other Brooks running pants that have been perfect, but am disappointed in these!

Crop that fits this short girl like a running pant
I’m 5G’ 2” and these hit perfectly at the ankle. They’re comfortable while providing support and iim not fighting with the waist band slipping down.

Potential Race Day Tights
We all have our go-to race day outfit and I was hoping these tights would be the ones that take me across my next finish line. I bought the fuchsia ones and the print and color are bold and fun. I'm 5'4" and 114 pounds. Since my inseam is 28", these were not "crop" on me (they went to my ankle). I'm lean and bought a size small which was perfect. The waistband isn't tight, but it's not very forgiving either. I was careful pulling up and taking the tights off because I was worried to bust a stitch! The material is good quality and not see through. I didn't test putting my iPhone in the pocket because I didn't want to remove the case. On race day, I'd probably use my flipbelt anyway. I wore the tights out for a 3-mile test run. They were comfortable and didn't budge. My main concern is getting them on and off quickly if I'm racing and need to use the porta john. I will continue to train with these and see if they will become race day tights.
