After 2 months of regular short to medium distance runs (3+ times a week, 5k-8k a pop) since buying, my plantar issues have all but disappeared, and any knee pain is massively reduced.
I only wish I'd have bought another pair, as now they are sold out in my size! Here's hoping the Glycerin GTS 22 is just as good for me, if not better!
